Job Summary:

The Integration Platform Administrator will have the unique opportunity to join Sharecare at a pivotal time during our Boomi, NetSuite, Salesforce, and other systems integration implementation. The Integration Platform Administrator is responsible for maintaining integrations using the Boomi integration platform. The individual in this role will maintain appropriate security and controls for all users and roles, lead and participate in system configuration, maintenance, system enhancements, upgrades, creation of reports and dashboards, documentation, end-user training, and integrations. They will mentor and assist support staff in ensuring accurate and timely diagnosis/resolution of application issues. They will also partner with development staff, business analysts, and business leaders to identify, define, analyze and implement changes and enhancements that meet business requirements in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The key to success in this role is building partnerships within the business, understanding stakeholder needs, and driving continuous improvements in ensuring the integration platform and systems remain secure and compliant.

*This is a remote position and can be located anywhere in the United States.

Essential Functions:

  • Account configuration and administration, including managing all account groups and access restrictions.

  • Atom configuration and administration, provide read and write access to Atom properties and settings.

  • Hands-on deployment, maintenance, and administration of integration processes between cloud and on-premise applications using Boomi AtomSphere.

  • Management of all process and component deployment environments, administer role(s) to environments so that only users with the role(s) can access the environments.

  • View and monitor currently deployed connections and Atoms, workers, or molecules.

  • View and monitor process execution activity and logs. Proactively identify and communicate potential problems and issues to project team members/leaders. Carry out steps to resolve issues, including executing or retrying processes.

  • Manage integration pack release and versioning.

  • Prepare and deliver technical documentation as required, including root cause analysis for issues as they arise. Create policy documentation.

  • Provide timely and accurate on-call support for production components.

  • Acquire and maintain a clear understanding of the technologies and integration solutions utilized at Sharecare.
