Job Summary: The Senior Trainer is responsible for meeting the training needs of Family Health Advocates and Research Associates across the enterprise through virtual learning delivery modalities. With the support and guidance from the Senior Instructional Designer, the Senior Trainer is responsible for the internal development, coordination, implementation and evaluation of training activities . The Senior Trainer facilitates quality and performance improvement through observation and assessment to ensure skills, knowledge and behaviors are applied throughout the learning cycle. The Senior Trainer collaborates with associates at all levels and multiple disciplines across the organization.

Essential Job Functions: * Administers, organizes and conducts training and educational programs in connection the Sharecare Advocacy program.* Recommends and delivers appropriate performance support tools and content. * Maintains records for training programs, including evaluations, employee participation and LMS records. * Assists in evaluating external training programs and materials, or may develop in-house training programs as assigned with assistance from the Senior Instructional Designer. * Gathers and analyzes information to determine training needs. * Reviews and monitors quality audits and call monitoring reports to identify trends and needs.  * Serves as an internal resource to assist colleagues and managers in meeting colleague development needs. * Develops and implements tools to improve individual and departmental performance. * Works effectively and efficiently across the enterprise. * Works independently, exercising judgment and initiative in carrying out training activities that support and enhance colleague skills and business goals.
