Job Summary:

This individual will report to the President of Life Sciences and will manage a team of talented sales professionals to achieve sales goals by securing significant new business opportunities and increase YOY renewals for Sharecare Life Sciences. Sharecare Life Sciences consists of a high-performing, award-winning product suite leveraging Sharecare's vast first party health data and content assets for targeting, sponsorships, lead generation, and more. Sharecare works with 90% of the top 20 pharmaceutical manufacturers and, in 2021, with 170 brands/brand indications and a 93% business renewal rate YOY as of Q2 2022.

As a key member of the Life Sciences Executive Team, the CRO will contribute to the strategy of the business, the overall organization including growth initiatives, expansion into new business endeavors, identifying and creating new ad products to keep up with the needs of the market and strengthening our market profile and penetration.

Essential Job Functions: * Responsible for achieving targeted revenue growth for the Sharecare Life Sciences Division* Manage a seasoned team of top sales executives with a positive, motivational approach* Attract, develop, and retain high-performing salespeople in support of consistently delivering revenue growth* Cultivate effective programs with key decision-makers within client organizations and agencies* Oversee and build a robust pipeline of new target accounts & qualified opportunities, while being responsible for the complete sales-cycle* Ability to bring program performance and 3rd party measurement to life in order to renew and grow business* Maintain a visible presence at industry conferences and events* Work with the leadership team and Finance on annual and multi-year planning cycle, revenue targets, headcount, resource allocation, quotas, compensation, and other planning needs* Responsible for monthly, quarterly and yearly forecasting, quarterly business reviews, account assignments, setting quotas, competitive tracking, reporting and other bottoms-up planning* Experience with a solution-oriented consultative selling approach that's unique to each brand
