Job Summary:The Manager of Payor Engagement is responsible for fostering relationships, communicating both internally & externally, and enforcing & developing workflow processes for said customers. The objective of this role is to support Customers and internal Sharecare Health Data Services processes tied to the Audit Line of Business. This position requires great attention to detail, excellent communication skills, the ability to administer workflow while determining necessary adjustments. This role will be highly visible and accessible to both 3rd party contacts and individuals internal to Sharecare Health Data Services. To be successful, one must be flexible, a self-initiator, learn quickly, be organized and display honesty and integrity. This position will report to the Director of Payor Engagement.
Essential Functions:* Communicate well with teammates both verbally and in writing* Operate as the primary point of contact or escalation point for any and all assigned customers* Develop and prepare reports based on customer needs and wants* Communicate and collaborate with sales on customer agreement specifications* Communicate with customer throughout scope of projects including, but not limited to, data feed issues, metric achievements, status calls* Facilitate daily contact via phone and/or email with existing and new customers* Provide excellent service to all customers and colleagues* Assist with customer questions and resolutions * Manage and constantly improve the on-going customer relationship for all assigned accounts* Track key metrics and performance via provided company tools* Prepare, proof and edit documents and spreadsheets* Assist in the development of new and maintenance of current accounts* Provide support for on-boarding new requestor accounts* Create digital materials for customer facing presentations* Display confidence in speaking to groups of varying size* Serve as a back-up for other job responsibilities as necessary
