Sharecare Health Data Services is expanding its footprint in its Western Region and is looking for a strong, dynamic and experienced Sales and Client Success Manager to expand business in the Pacific Northwest. The Sales and Client Success Manager is responsible for protecting existing named account revenue as well as growing and expanding Sharecare Health Data Services inside the existing client-base of both hospitals and clinics. Additionally, and primarily, the individual will be looking to acquire new clients with long term revenue streams. The right candidate will have excellent client management and relationship building skills. The Sales and Client Success Manager will serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on Sharecare Health Data Services related Release of Information services and have a strong background in relationship and solution selling in a consultative sales environment.
Desired residence is in the Pacific Northwest, inclusive of Portland, Seattle, and Spokane; will consider alternate Western location for a viable candidate. Travel expectations are as much as required, with an expectation this is at least 50%. Collaboration with internal colleagues, namely operations and client success functions, will by key to success.
Essential Functions:* Identify, qualify and convert prospects into new clients* Represent Sharecare Health Data Services at healthcare association meetings, industry groups, and trade shows* Direct and manage sales campaigns to expand and grow client-base * Coordinate closely with operations to align solution design with clients' business requirements* Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to both clients and operations team members* Track all sales activity (from leads/prospecting to close) in company's CRM tool
