Job Summary: Sharecare is looking for a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner with proven experience recruiting Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Directors, and other niche IT professionals to immediately impact our Talent Acquisition Team. You will be responsible for helping build out our Product and Technology teams to deliver on critical initiatives. Here at Sharecare, the Talent Acquisition Team strategically partners with business owners and fellow colleagues to affect the business in a progressive manner. We continue to increase awareness of Sharecare as a premier employer in the marketplace. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our HR department is organized and operates to attract, hire and maintain our colleagues.

Essential Functions: * Become a subject matter expert on Sharecare and the Product & Technology teams to ensure candidates receive the appropriate information related to the company and open position. * Conduct full cycle recruiting in conjunction with the hiring manager to ensure their education of the process for both internal and external candidates and ensure interviews are conducted as appropriate.* Consult with hiring managers on hiring strategies and manage expectations on hiring strategies.* Post positions on the company's website and external job boards.* Ensure consistent corporate image throughout recruiting campaigns.* Sort and review resumes as they arrive daily. Provide the first review of candidates.* Source passive candidates with niche skill sets through sourcing tools, networking events, and referrals.* Schedule interviews for the hiring manager. Schedule additional interviews as needed.* Extend offers of employment to successful candidates; negotiate salaries as necessary.* Prepares paperwork required for new hires and establishes personnel file.* Assists with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
